2-Layer Film Blowing Machine

Our 2-layer film blowing machine is suitable for blowing various plastic laminate films such as low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film. These films can be used for packaging of liquid, printing substrate, industrial products and products for export, etc. Liquid package made from double-layer co-extruded laminate film provides an extended shelf life.

In order to ensure product quality and performance, we make our 2-layer film blowing machine using reliable components. The cylinder and the screw of the extruder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and high durability after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment. The auxiliary machine has a platform working table for easy operation and is equipped with bubble stabilizing ring. In addition, the winding unit featuring double winding and double cutting adopts torque motor to keep proper tension, which helps ensure orderly winding and thus make roll changing easier.
