YS-450A flatbed die cutter employs a flatbed die cutting press and steel rule dies to convert material into custom shapes and designs. It adopts advanced electric components to achieve a die cutting speed of 30~180 times/min. Laminating, die cutting, web feeding, waste removal and winding process are all automatically controlled by the computer. A photoelectric sensor is used to detect the position of web to ensure the cutting precision and consistency. The flatbed die cutting machine delivers cost-effective ergonomics with high automation for minimal operator intervention and maximum uptime. Gold stamping function is optional.
