HDPE film has advantages of excellent heat-resistant ability and strong mechanical property, but its transparency is not good either. So it will be ideal if there is a kind of film which has all the advantages mentioned above. Actually our three layer film blowing machine can produce this kind of multi-function plastic film which has advantages of excellent transparency, heat-resistant and cold-resistant ability as well as strong mechanical property by blowing LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE materials and extruding them together.
High efficient and energy-saving extruders are installed to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost. Advanced IBC bubble inner cooling system is also installed to produce excellent transparency and better physical property plastic film. Compared with other film blowing machines, it is more convenient to maintain three layer film blowing machine and our machine can prevent leaking materials. Repeated horizontal swing rotation of traction machine takes place of rotation of die, and die structure is simplified. Then material leakage caused by the rotation of die, difficulty of sealing and maintenance are avoided. And the problem of unequal dimension of film is solved, thus ensuring excellent flatness.
Besides, high precision bending radius control system can regulate air flow rate by controlling fan speed, and small bending radius error can be acquired. High precision mold and high efficiency wind cooling system can ensure that film thickness is uniform and machine production efficiency is high. And three layer film blowing machine is widely used to produce compound film basement, film for holding liquid, shrink film, protective film, cable film, polymer adhesive film, multi-function wrapping film and other film, and can meet the requirements of high precision and high speed color printing, compound and painting products.
