Liquid and Paste Packing Line
This automatic packing machine unit, which is composed of the rotary packing machine and the liquid and paste filler, is specialized in the packing of liquid and thick liquid such as syrup, ketchup, béchamel, capsicum paste and detergent.

2. The automatic checking function of the machine is applied to check if there is any problem such as failed bag-opening, incomplete bag-opening, no heat-seal. The bags can be used again and the raw material and production cost is therefore saved.
3. The safety device guarantees that the machine stops under abnormal air pressure and it gives alarm while heater disconnection occurs.
4. An electrical motor is employed to adjust the width of the packing bag and the control button is pressed to adjust the width of the clips.
5. The liquid mixing device is adopted to prevent the micro-particles from depositing.
6. A liquid level control device is employed in the facility.
7. The part which contacts the food is made of stainless steel.
