Flatbed die cutting process is a fabrication process which employs a flatbed die cutting press and steel rule dies to convert material into custom shapes and designs. YS-350A flatbed die cutter adopts advanced electric components to achieve a die cutting speed of 30~220 times/min. Laminating, die cutting, material feeding, waste removal and winding process are all automatically controlled by the computer. In this flatbed die cutting machine, a photoelectric sensor can detect the position of web to ensure the cutting precision and consistency. Gold stamping function is optional.
