NJP-1800 Capsule Filling Machine
Developed independently by our company, the NJP-1800 capsule filling machine is used to fill powder, granule, or tablet medicine to hollow capsules. The production process is in full compliance with GMP.

5. The cam runs under good lubricating condition. Due to the addition of a pressure atomizing oil pump, lubrication inside the cam groove is maintained at an excellent state. This effectively extends the operation life of the spare parts.
6. Enlarged cam indexing boxes are adopted. Our capsule filling equipment is equipped with the cam indexing boxed of RU125 and RU100. This configuration improves the stability and prolongs the lifespan of the machines significantly.
7. Controlled via computer, our capsule filling equipment supports stepless frequency-conversion speed regulation. It is provided with a digital display for convenient operation.
8. This packaging equipment is able to fill both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the load difference is controlled around ±3.5%.
9. Our capsule filling machine is designed with a capsule control switch which enables the operator to control the machine from outside, thereby improving security and convenience.
