Extrusion Coating and Laminating Machine, 80M/min (RTT Series)
RTT series extrusion coating and laminating machine is used for coating and laminating of a wide range of substrates such as woven fabric, paper, plastic film and nonwoven fabric using EVA, TPU hot melt adhesive.
Features 1. T-die (coater die) with streamlined channels features outstanding mechanical
stability.
2. Precise temperature control with a PID controller achieves tolerance less
than 1℃.
3. The whole extrusion die can move forward and backward, upward and downward.
4. The extruder and extrusion die features a split design, enabling space
saving in the factory.
