1. Shaftless Plate Mounting Mechanism
Air cylinder is used to drive the mandrel for plate mounting. The horizontal adjustment of plate is completed via screw.
2. Ink Scraper
Driven by dual cylinder, the ink scrapper can have its position adjusted at will.
3. Embossing Lifting Mechanism
Our gravure printer uses two cylinders for pressure lifting. The slider automatically locks itself for positioning, which achieves the purpose of protection in case of cylinder leakage or cylinder falling when the printer stops.
