1. Our high speed slitting machine adopts PLC system, which has functions such as start buffering, meter counting, etc. Working parameters can be set via the touch screen according to the slitting requirement. The LCD screen displays and monitors the working status. The control system has functions such as start buffering, meter counting, etc.
2. The automatic tension control system for unwinding can not only realize constant unwinding tension control, but also achieve taper tension control as per the slitting requirement.

3. The high speed slitting machine uses Japanese Mitsuhashi LPC (Line Position Control) system, which automatically track material edges or line marks to ensure the correct position of the running material. 

4. It adopts pneumatically operated shaftless clamping cone and hydraulic lift mechanism.
5. Main traction and rewinding sections are separately driven by two vector control motors. The rewinding traction is controlled by PLC system according to the preset parameters and rewinding diameter. The control mode is automatic digital taper control.
6. The rewinding roller is differential air shaft and the slip force can be adjusted automatically to accommodate thickness variation of materials for multi-roll slitting.
