1. Doctor blade: It can be adjusted up and down. Its angle is also adjustable for great flexibility. The pressure of the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinder. The motor drives cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. The use of a doctor blade can greatly prolong the service life of printing plates.
2. Main transmission mechanism: It adopts a Shenzhen Inovance frequency inverter to control the vector motor, transferring each group of printing plates.
3. Shaftless plate mounting device: It involves an air cylinder which pulls the core axis to install printing plates. Transverse adjustment is realized through the movement of the screw. The device helps reduce the time of replacing the printing plates, ensuring the concentricity of plates and thereby improving the quality of product.
4. Impression lifting device: Impression adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and uses solenoid valve locking, which provides protection against air leakage of the cylinder or falling of the cylinder due to shutdown. The device helps ensure the equality of pressure and chromatic aberration
