Dry PU/PVC Transfer Coating Line
Our leather transfer coating line can be divided into: 2 roller coating machines and 3 ovens, 3 roller coating machines and 3 ovens, and 3 roller coating machines and 4 ovens. It utilizes release paper to transfer coating layer and stick the wet doublelayer leather Base or doublelayer original layer, thus producing shining, soft and flaming transfer leather for leather shoe, suitcase, sofa, clothing and belt, etc.
Features of Dry PU/PVC Transfer Coating Line
1. The whole line adopts coordinated control for frequency converter and electric motor, which makes all the drives start up and operate synchronously.
2. With high-precision coating head and coating knife, it has three modes: single coating, double coating and tricoating.
3. The coating table employs PLC control.
4. This transfer coating line only needs eight persons to operate, with a daily output of 30, 000 sq.ft.
5. The oven adopts hot-air circulating heating system for uniform heat, with automatic control of temperature.
6. Two-color and offcolor leather can be produced based on the characteristics of the line.
7. The cooling roller, guide roller and heating roller are preciously machined by grinder, with high-precision coaxiality and good balance property.
8. Adopting advanced transfer coating technology, this leather processing machine is easy to operate.
9. Main electrical control components can adopt well-known brands as per customers' requirements, with high stability and good reliability.
10. There are two types of oven for your choice: A type and B type. The latter has a large space and better heating effect.
