Different specifications can be adjusted, the thickness of the mask can be adjusted within a certain range, and the length of the nose wire can be adjusted arbitrarily. Under the condition of changing the mold, non-standard masks of any length can be produced, and single-core nose wire masks can also be produced.
The rubber bands at both ends of the mask are automatically transported and cut, and the welding is firm. It is a device that can complete the earloop welding by a machine at one time. It has high output, low scrap rate, easy operation, and the appearance is made of aluminum alloy.

2. The mask body is output by the conveyor belt, the speed can be adjusted, the output is neat, the product quality is stable, the operation is convenient, and the production efficiency is high.

3. The body of machine uses all aluminum profiles, which are neat and beautiful, without welding and painting. The man-machine interface uses touch screen control and digital buttons to adjust the production speed.

4. The high-quality motor made in Taiwan, gear deceleration has brake function, and the noise is extremely low.

5. The mask body forming process uses ultrasonic welding, which has superior performance, high-speed production, and internal spot welding.

6. Our machine has the functions of automatic counting and automatic alarm in case of failure. The back end of the machine can be directly connected to the mask packaging machine.

7. After the equipment is checked and accepted by the customer, it will be packaged and shipped in a fumigated wooden box.
The mask is packed in two wooden boxes, namely: a mask body making machine and an earloop welding machine.
The packaging size of the mask body making machine is: long 2000MM× width 900MM× height 1300MM, and the weight is about 1000KG.

The packing size of the earloop welding machine is: length 1800mm×width 1050mm×height 1600mm, and the weight is about 500KG.
