Materials
1. Case: aluminum alloy (frame: 030-090). Cast iron (frame: 110-130)
2. Worm: 20Cr, carburized and quenched, tooth surface hardness 58-62HRC, keep carburized layer thickness 0.3-0.5mm after fine grinding
3. Worm gear: Wear resistant nickel bronze

Treatment
1. Shot blasting treatment is followed by special anticorrosion treatment to maintain silver and white metallic feeling and resist the corrosion of organic solvents such as gasoline and xylene;
2. After phosphating treatment, spray RAL5010 blue or RAL7035 light gray paint.
3. Cast iron casing : first paint red anti-rust paint, then spray RAL5010 blue or RAL7035 light gray paint.
