The machine is an equipment for paper glazing and oil-coating the surface of paper, which is suitable for glazing and oil-coating of all kinds of thick or thin paper (80-600gsm). This machine is also provided with a computerized paper blowing cutter device, a paper-feeding mechanism with strong absorption and a scraper's left to right moving mechanism. The machine has its characters of attractive appearance, dependable performance, easy and simple operation, and highly automation.
Function introduction
1) automatic paper feeder: it with paper pre-stacking function to assure the paper feeding continuously.
2) Varnishing system: the coating system with three roller anti-clockwise rotating, it is speed adjustable, assure the varnishing without lines mark; the oil metering roller drive by independent motor to assure the coating evenly. It can be using blowing cutter device if the paper thickness under 250gsm.
3) Drying system:
The IR drying tunnel with 8pcs 1.2kw/piece IR lamp. The IR lamp is separated temperature control
UV drying tunnel with 3pcs 8kw UV lamp.
Teflon material conveying belt with web-guiding system.
With fan for drying and cooling to assure the water base coating drying effectively.
The IR drying tunnel with automatic descend and ascend protection function.
4) Automatic paper collector: the collector with left and right side paper patting plate to assure the paper stacking neatly.
