Fully automatic roll fed die cutting machine with stripping station is capable of die cutting, embossing, stripping, stacking and collecting of paper products such as paper cups, paper bowls, paper trays and paper cartons.

This machine efficiently solves the problem that single knife can not synchronously remove cutting waste when the gap between paper products is less than 2mm. 

The roll fed die cutter is configured with microcomputer control, servo driven positioning unit, automatic tension control, photoelectric sensor, oil lubricating device and overload protection function to ensure that paper feeding and returning smoothly and safely. 

This automatic roll fed die cutting machine consists of die cutting section, stripping section, delivery section (finished product collecting) and cutting waste collecting section.

  • Low cost: stripping station can completely removal of cutting waste, greatly saving labor cost compared to die cutter without stripping station that requires manual stripping. Besides, it has lower manufacturing cost in comparison with punching machine due to the low cost of die;
  • Short period of die making: it only takes 4-5 days to make die, providing higher efficiency than that of punching machine (takes 50-60 days to make die);
  • Quick job changeover: die changing only takes about 30 minutes (including changing of die cutting part and waste removing part);
  • High output: reaches 100-120 times per minute, which is same as the output of high speed punching machine;
  • Complete waste removal: conventional machines can only implement the cutting waste removal of gap between paper products greater than 5mm. This PY-Q die cutting machine efficiently solves the shortcoming, it can completely remove cutting waste of paper products with no gap or less than 2mm, thus greatly improving utilization of paper;
  • Shortened cost recovery period: the workload of single of this die cutter is equivalent to that of three operators, the cost of equipment can be recovered in one year.
