FQ-LB Series Vertical Slitting and Rewinding Machine (160m/min) This vertical slitter rewinder features compact structure and small footprint. With regard to the structure, both rewind and unwind tension are automatically controlled. Then, the tension can be guaranteed to be uniform and stable. In addition, the web does not deviate from the normal route.


Performance and Characteristics
1. The electrical control system of our vertical slitter rewinder is supported by the programmable logic controller, abbreviated as PLC. A touch screen is utilized to set the slitting parameters in accordance with the requirements for the slitting process. The LCD screen can display the working status. Moreover, the control system can offer such functions as soft start, and the fixed-length count, among others. Thus, it is extremely convenient to operate.
2. The unwind tension control system is fully automatic. It allows the unwind tension to keep constant. Also, it can realize the taper tension control in compliance with the technical requirements. Furthermore, our vertical slitter rewinder adopts the LPC photoelectric automatic alignment system imported from Japanese MITSUHASHI LPC. This system can track edge or line automatically, which can ensure the correct position of the material transferred.
3. The raw material is loaded or unloaded by adoption of the pneumatic-opening type shaftless device and the hydraulic lift structure.
4. The main transmission and rewind unit are respectively driven by two vector frequency inverters. The rewind tension is automatically controlled by the PLC system by means of the digitized taper method. The parameters and the variation of rewind diameter are set on basis of the requirements for the slitting process.
5. Beyond that, our vertical slitter rewinder comes with the differential rewind air shaft. It can be used for slitting the materials of uneven thickness.
