DXD-420C Vertical Weighing Form Fill Seal Machine (10g~1000g VFFS)
The DXD-420C vertical weighing form fill seal machine is a type of full-automatic packaging system with a wide filling range of 10~1000g, which has a widespread use in the packaging of puffed food, candies, chocolate, castor sugar, rice, salt, dried fruit, dried vegetable, baked food, frozen food, pet food, spaghetti pasta, drug, hardware products, beans, seeds, plastic products, wood products, etc.
1. Z shape bucket elevatorThe food or other products are commonly transported from ground hoppers to multihead weigher with help of Z shape bucket elevator. This type of feeding machine has a higher efficiency working together with multihead weigher.
2. Multihead weigherMultihead weigher is a kind of automated weighing system, which can be customized as 10 heads weigher, 14 heads weigher and 20 heads weigher. The weigher is equipped with a touch screen controller. When the required weight changes, it is very convenient to resetting target weight on the touch screen without replacement of components. Besides, this weighing system is very precise and weight error of each bag is less than 0.5%.
3. Vertical packing machineAfter finishing weighing in the multihead weigher, products are dispersed to the hopper of vertical packing machine. Then VFFS machine will perform the steps of making of bags, filling of products, sealing, cutting of bags, date imprinting and so on.
4. Products conveyorWhen the packaging process is finished, each bag is transported by products conveyor to collecting charging barrel or the next procedure spot.
