SJ-FS5.5 Tape Extrusion Line
Tianye’s SJ-FS5.5 tape extrusion line use PP and HDPE as raw materials to produce circular or shaped tapes through heating, extruding and stretching. The tapes are wound using the winder, then transferred to the circular loom for weaving.
Screw: The 38CrMoAlA alloy steel made screw is nitrided to achieve a hardness above HV950. In addition, our extrusion process features an outstanding plasticizing effect, which helps to prevent backflow and leakage during the transportation.
Motor: A frequency control motor ensures a large torque output at low speeds and stable operation.
Reducing gearbox: A 20CrMo alloy steel manufactured reducing gearbox is equipped with a greater bearing capacity. The outer-built lubricating system and water cooling system allows for much easier maintenance.
Filter screen: The filter screen mesh can be processed into fine sizes depending on physical properties in order to satisfy filtration of tiny impurity requirements. A manual or automatic filter screen change is available for users to choose from for cleaning, replacement, and maintenance.
Crosshead: a 5CrMnMo die steel is used to produce the crosshead, and will not deform, even after long term use. A coat- hanger style flowing channel leads to a smoother plastic extrusion, and extrusion operation is simulated and designed using CAE software to ensure a uniform dosing.B) Water quenching tank

The wound plastic tapes are smooth and flat, which is great for enhancing the weaving quality of the circular looms. The winding speed is automatically regulated according to the stretching speed, with a maximum winding speed of 150m/min.
