This machine is high speed servo-driven system designed to produce poly draw garbage bag-on-roll. which is suited for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is LDPE, HDPE and recycle materials.
HSCS-1000 is a multi-function machine which makes draw tape garbage bag on roll and overlap/ interleaved rolling bags and bottom sealing and perforation bag on roll. YASKAWA motion control computer system, using 13 pcs servo motors control, user-friendly touch screen control system.
Film Unwinder, then poly draw insert, heat air sealing for draw tape, then bag side sealing and perforate and fold, then automatic rewind.
